As far as "ID" is concerned, you can't use a true person's as that would be identity theft which is illegal.
Stealth is the way to go, and if you haven't already considered it, you should really get and read the stealth guide as it will show you how to create such accounts yourself without a problem.
Receive the payment with Western Union or BTC or a check (cheque for you in UK?) or literally any other method. You're going to have problems trying to receive a $5k payment on a new account, fully verified or not. That's just not something you can expect to do without problems on a new account.
