180 days money withdrawal?

So normally I withdraw to check after the 180 days are over.However they are telling me they need to "activate" the address on the PayPal. For them to activate the address on the PayPal account they would need me to send some identification. I didn't need to do this with my last account.I could go and open up a bank account,but I don't want to keep opening up and closing bank accounts.There should be a way around this...any advice?

If it's a new security measure I doubt you're going to find a way around it. They are probably trying to stop this kind of thing.

Either find a way to send them some kind of ID or open a bank account. Note that it's very difficult to add a bank account to a limited PP after the 6 months are up. :/
