Open Canada PayPal account in UK

I've opened a PayPal account in Canada but i need to add a payment method. My UK debit cards get declined because they don't match the Canada address I made up to open the account

The only reason I'm attempting this is so I can get the free one month trial on the streaming service DAZN. I need a card or a PayPal account to sign up for the service

I would talk to some of the forum VCC sellers and ask if any of them have a VCC that can work for a Canadian PayPal
