Hello guys!
I've been suspended after opening my account. This might be a guide to somebody on how NOT TO OPEN Amazon seller account
My cr@ppy experience is:
1. I've registered a amazon store name "111111" with my
IPBurger. I've entered some company information, but never finished the process.
2. 2-3 weeks later I've called in and asked the customer service a question about my "111111" store. He said we don't have that store name on file
3. Week later I logged in via my
bulgarian IP and registered store name "22222". I've sent them all my info - company name, SSN, US ID
4. I've logged in my new "22222" store but actually the name was "11111". So I've tried to reach them out and the only way was via e-mail. So I've mailed them via they system - which is Account suspension or so. Later on I got suspended. I've sent them some papers which I can't recall now
5. After that I gave them a call and after a 5 days or so my account was activated again.
6. Few hours after it was activated I logged in and did nothing to the store. Few hours later it was suspended again.
7. another call - "wait 3-5 business days"
8. I've called in again because they still haven't resolved my case. Then was the moment when I saw that they need more documents in order to start selling again - nevertheless I haven't done anything yet.
Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:
--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. 9. I've sent them all I had - document containing the EIN number from the IRS with the company name on it, contracts with manufacturers, invoice on order which has the company name on it, but no utility bill.
Now when typing this I saw that my certificate of formation has my company name with my bulgarian address on it, where the company has been registered in DE using (inkplan).
Now I've just received:
Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
Do you know if there is anything which could help me resolve this issue??
