Default Amazon business account suspended?

Hello guys!

I've been suspended after opening my account. This might be a guide to somebody on how NOT TO OPEN Amazon seller account

My cr@ppy experience is:

1. I've registered a amazon store name "111111" with my IPBurger. I've entered some company information, but never finished the process.

2. 2-3 weeks later I've called in and asked the customer service a question about my "111111" store. He said we don't have that store name on file

3. Week later I logged in via my bulgarian IP and registered store name "22222". I've sent them all my info - company name, SSN, US ID

4. I've logged in my new "22222" store but actually the name was "11111". So I've tried to reach them out and the only way was via e-mail. So I've mailed them via they system - which is Account suspension or so. Later on I got suspended. I've sent them some papers which I can't recall now

5. After that I gave them a call and after a 5 days or so my account was activated again.

6. Few hours after it was activated I logged in and did nothing to the store. Few hours later it was suspended again.

7. another call - "wait 3-5 business days"

8. I've called in again because they still haven't resolved my case. Then was the moment when I saw that they need more documents in order to start selling again - nevertheless I haven't done anything yet.

Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:

--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.


9. I've sent them all I had - document containing the EIN number from the IRS with the company name on it, contracts with manufacturers, invoice on order which has the company name on it, but no utility bill.

Now when typing this I saw that my certificate of formation has my company name with my bulgarian address on it, where the company has been registered in DE using (inkplan).

Now I've just received:

Hello,

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.


Do you know if there is anything which could help me resolve this issue??

well if you wanna move forward, the best way is to follow what's written in the Amazon Ghost.


Based on that email, that account is toast.

I wanted to build a brand name. I've forgotten to mention that when paying my PRO fee of $39.99 I've used the same card which I'm using the last year to drop ship.

With amazon you need to be really vigilant.

They are very strict and dangerous if you don't have all your ducks in order

So what should I do in order to build brand name?

- open new company with new card info, new ip, new computer?

Do you think if I get the utility bill would fix the suspension?

Should I call them and ask them the reason for the suspension? Also to ask them to return my $39.99?

You can try reaching out to jeff@amazon.com to figure out the details of the suspension

But for the most part you have to start with a fresh new stealth account if you can't move forward with the current one

I doubt that he'd help me out

I saw that you offer that service but I was wondering if you can remove the suspension rather than getting stealth?

I highly doubt they will refund your $40 back to credit card. I tried that before and they said it was impossible.

If they do - they will credit it to your seller account. But you can ONLY get the money if you successfully add a bank account to withdraw the money to.

Separately, I had a legit seller account that I was setting up using my real information that was essentially frozen and unusable because I kept getting locked out (possibly a bad VPN or something). I had sent a dozen messages to specialist at Amazon with zero success of fixing. Finally, months later I sent an email saying they are wasting my time and money and I want my account closed! A day later they opened and cleared my seller account! My thought is they might have to track how many sellers ask to close their accounts and that dings their internal metrics. Or they realized i was legit - because I wanted to close the account instead of just walking away from it.

Something to consider.
