Withdrawing to debit card.

PayPal allows me to withdraw by debit card, but is it possible with mismatched names. For the address, I know that you can change your address in PayPal.
I used a different name on my account.

You already have answers to the same question on another thread. This is not the way.

For me, in my country it worked, I used a debit card and it worked, so it just depends if your bank can go with it.
