Well i got suspended from ebay and paypal few days ago for "not providing proof of shipping" and the guy came over and picked up the item by himself. He didnt ask for refund, paypal decided i need to have proof... so there goes 1200 euro from my pp down the drain. Now I opened a new PP and ebay ACC in my friends name, is that safe to use ? since I gotta sell a camera that is around 900 euros, and would hate to see that gone too. Is it worth to sue PP since the 1200 euro isnt a small amount ?

Eh, hard to believe your story. Are you trying to say that paypal is going to keep 1200 euros for ever just because you did not supply shipping details on an item that got picked up? Bit more to this I suspect.
Regarding the new account, if you have made it on your own computer and not 'fixed' everything needed, then this account will not work.

trying to explain to paypal/ebay is very hard. VERY hard. When you contact paypal have something from th ebuyer to say they picked the item up: I guess this has been a 21-day hold?
From what you are telling me, I can see why you are having problems with paypal. Say what you have been selling has been worth only 20 euros and then you get a BIG payment like 1200 euros, then paypal takes action to safeguard itself. paypal alwasy does that. There are scammers and good people. paypal thinks everyone is a scammer
