4 Days of Fighting with Amazon but success!

I was cited and account suspended for a Patent infringement law. After searching a few websites for how to submit an appropriate appeal check out the letter that FINALLY got my account re-instated.

Hello Seller Performance Team,

Regarding my plans to address the rights owners complaints:

A). I have completely removed the listing for the offending product and will not relist

B). The Issue that caused the complaint was that I listed a product that infringed on the Right Owners Design, because I sourced, purchased and listed a product from a distributor and not from the Rights Owner.

C). The Action I've taken to resolve the issue are:
Deactivated and Removed the Listings
I have disposed of all products: Order #XXXXXXX
I have emailed the Right's Owner to request for them to submit a retraction at notice-dispute@amazon.com.

D). The following steps listed I will take in order to avoid future complaints including:
I will not relist the products that caused the complaints
I will only purchase future products from approved Rights Owners.
I will purchase products and inspect them to verify that they are from the authentic Right's Owners before listing them on Amazon
I will maintain any necessary documentation that proves the products are from the legitimate Right's Owners including invoices, receipts, warranties, and other approval documents.

Thank you everyone. Yes it was quite stressful and annoying as I was submitting everything they told me but then they would literally re-issue me a request for the *same documents. This made me think that they weren't even reviewing what I provided and just being dicks. So over this 4 day period I was calling Amazon Support, submitting the documents and responses to multiple different departments etc. After doing a *bit more research I was able to *discover how Amazon wanted their questions answered, which is NOT obvious from the first email.
