PayPal withdraw issue

Hey, I need some help with a stealth paypal account and I was hoping someone could help me. The other day I tried to buy amazon gift cards with the paypal balance on the account but it got declined, I found out that the reason behind the transactions being declined was because I was a new account and paypal as coded their bots accordingly because gift cards is the most common way to cashout with stealth accounts. I was wondering if I bought a paypal account from the marketplace would the issue be solved.

No, you would have the same problem on any new account. Aging your account naturally is the only solution.
