WIFI & Paypal

i have new paypal account .. want to use mobile to login .. i was using same mobile // wifi to login my old limited PP .. so how change IP to login safely ..
if i go to coffee shop or wherever there is WIFI available is the IP change .can login safely to my new PP..

Yeah. As long as you're on a Wifi network that you haven't used before it would be safe. Same for mobile IP's - as long as you're using one you haven't used before then you would be safe.

I don't do it myself but forum members say you get a new mobile IP by turning airplane mode on and then back off.

The biggest risk you'll face is using the same device as you used before on your limited PP account. Unless you do a complete factory reset of your device you should not be using the same device you used before - because account metadata cannot be removed from a phone otherwise.
