PP not accepting calls anymore
so usually when pp asks for docs you can submit the appropriate docs and then call in to PP and ask them to verify the docs and either unlimit your acct OR perm suspend you, right on the spot....
but now ive noticed multiple times that they cant OR wont do it on the spot anymore... and they send it to the "back office" everytime and tell you to wait up to 72hrs...
anyone else noticing this recently???
