Paypal Bank Account?

Hello,
I was wondering how are you suppose to receive texts from Google Voice?

I bought an account from verified seller and he had the google voice # attached to the paypal account. Now I want to add the bank account and transfer funds and it's asking me to verify my number by sending text message to that GOOGLE VOICE #.

How am I suppose to access it? I'm in the Gmail account but I don't get any texts or anything from the google voice # when I press send text. What's going on? I even added $10 from VCC to that google voice #.


Please help me out here, really confused.

Download google voice to your phone and read the text on your phone or there is a chat function in google gmail that your text come to.

or go to voice.google.com using chrome or your web browser.
you can login with linked gmail info then it let you to in.
