i heve ebay and paypal acount.
the paypal its suspend,the ebay account its ok,can i open new stealth paypal and link it to the ebay accoount?

Its possible to do so - with the understanding that it is possible for them to link the two accounts and limit the new paypal as well.
Be sure to open a new account using the same name only. All other info should be different (address, email, phone number). This of course should be done on a new device with a new IP solution. Once the paypal is verified log on to the ebay and change the info on it to match the new paypal. Link the two accounts and then proceed with sales as if youre starting a new account (i.e. slow and low risk items) for several weeks.
