Yea, even if you email them, they take forever and it's just a waste of time.
I prefer to call so when I need something, they are there to do it right away.

What you want to do is ask them to pass this email over to the escalations team. That's when you'll see a result. That team are usually very quick at replying to emails, once its been handed over that is.

Contact them via facebook and twitter. They will respond within a few hours usually.
