debit card withdrawal pending over 48hrs

i made a $500 witdrawal to my debit card on the 7th, and the system says 48hrs review! its been over 48hrs now and withdrawal still pending in my account. has anyone experienced this before or have an idea on what the problem is?

They can be a bit slow sometimes. Give them an extra day or so

It's a Lesotho PayPal

My bank asked me to verify my card with PayPal before the withdrawal can be successful.

Hi. I transferred money to my card and it's been over 2 days. how many days did yours take? They said they will review the transaction, Also it says to wait for 5 - 7 days for the money to be in your bank account.

So I'm I looking at two weeks. Did your withdrawal take 2 weeks?

Update for anyone. I was able to use a mismatched name. The withdrawal went to my card in 3 days. The billing address I used for the PayPal account was the same as the one on the card. I was charged 5.00$ for withdrawing.

DC withdrawal is always so iffy and takes longer than bank withdrawal.

I'll try to test using a mismatched billing address and a prepaid card.
