Chargeback Possible Outcome with Vanilla / Paypal

Hello , I am cashing out a gift vanilla card via my paypal account .(i cant receive or withdraw from my country paypal ) sending to another person paypal account in the USA and getting him to withdrwa to his bank . Been reading about chargebacks on vanilla gift cards. If there is a charge on the vanilla card I loaded into my account , will it affect the account I send the money to ? or it will only affect my own account ? . Or what better way can i do this . Thanks for a any advice

So, just to clarify, you are cashing out Vanilla prepaid cards via PayPal?

Why are you concerned about chargebacks? Are the cards you are cashing out belong to you or did you "buy" them from someone?

Your flag shows you are in Nigeria, correct?

You should only be concerned about changebacks due to some fraud or unautorized charges. Is this correct? Can you explain this part a little more so we can help you better solve your problem?

Seems kind of fishy OP especially the way nickopedia has targetted for clarification.

I have successfully cashed out gift vanilla cards via pp but to myself for bank withdrawal - only cards in my own possession
