help for withdraw needed

Hi Guys, I´ve two us paypal accounts with about 1.800 and 2.100 US-D balance. Both accounts are limited, 180 days passed, so they are ready for withdraw.
I need help in this case. I´ve no US-Bank account

I think it is a easy thing.u have two options,
1)try to add some usa bank yourself
2)look for the expert who is provide 180 withdraw service

the 2 will cost u some service money.

yes, I came to this knowledge before I asked in this group
the interessting questions therefore are:
1) how can I get an US bank account? I live in germany and I´m no US-Citizen
2) Do you know any guy who provides this service?

I also have a limited Paypal account (original, not stealth) since last year and till now unable to withdraw the money. I have 400.00$ there.

Hi OP, you can definitely get a US bank account without being a US citizen and flying to US.

OP, I second being careful with anyone claiming to withdrawal for you. Lots of scams out there for this. Nothing stopping them from taking your money and not sending you anything.

Yes, everyone is right, most of the people claiming they have accounts for withdrawals are scammers, but not everyone! Anyway, good luck finding a solution to your issue, I'm sure you'll find the right one, there are plenty available. Cheers

Payoneer is okay so long as there is VCC, right? I mean it's VCC?
