Default VM on Surface pro

I currently have one user account for each paypal account on a heavy dell laptop with a cracked screen (i5 4th gen, 8gb RAM, 1 TB HD). I want to switch to a surface pro 6 with i5 8th gen, 8gb RAM, 128 SSD and then switch to portable firefox browsers. I really need something light weight and portable to carry around with me while i'm at work. However, i'm now realizing that so many people on this forum advice against just using FF portable on one user account because of the risk of browser fingerprinting and as a result most people use a virtual machine as an added layer of protection. I was hoping to apply the steps about setting up FF portable as described by Empirestate and not worry about anything else but it looks like even he uses VM as well.

So my questions are: can I run a VM on a surface pro 6 with windows 10, i5 8th gen, 8GB RAM and 128SSD? I only log into my paypal accounts on average of maybe 2-3 times a day; sometimes though I log in to 7 accounts in a day; is the VM that much faster than logging into different user accounts or am I better just creating 33 user accounts on the surface pro? I'm worried because I just ordered the surface pro for the sole purpose of running FF portable browsers in one user account and not to run VM or have multiple user accounts which i'm not even sure the surface can handle without draining battery or lagging so bad.

Recommended size per VM is 60GB.

Truthfully, if you setup your stealths correctly, you have very little reason to log in to each account other than to list items.

Thunderbird with images disabled. Log into all stealth emails, and they all come to a single email client.

Shipstation. Imports all orders from the ebay accounts, and automatically uploads tracking once you get it.

Theres a few other things people use, but these work for me with no issues. Good luck!

Wow that's a lot of memory. Honestly I don't need to log into my PayPal emails, I already use gmail. I do need to log into PayPal to withdraw funds and add or remove emails occasionally. I've been doing this for over two years without any issues, just that I'm sometimes limited because i can't carry my heavy laptop around with me and the screen is bleeding.

I just made the switch to moving all my VMs to a server. Paid $300 for a R710, which had Dual CPUs, 64GB RAM, 12TB Storage. Set it up, and now I can remote access into it anywhere in the world

I like this setup but I just wanted something simpler, but it's looking like there's no way around it
