Hi All.
My account was suspended on 10/10/2018 .
Amazon send me classic mail:

After reviewing your account and the information you provide, we have concluded that you cannot sell your products on Amazon.it.

If you send us additional e-mails about this issue, you may not receive a reply.

I have sent a more detailed action plan but I never got an answer.

Today I asked for an update and they replied:

Dear customer, After reviewing your account and the information you provide, we have concluded that you cannot sell your products on Amazon.it.

etc etc...


Would it seem a partial openness to dialogue? (They said they would no longer respond and we know that Amazon when he says this then does it!)

What do you think?
Maybe I need to send a different plan?

This means the account is toast indefinitely. No plan / appeal whatsoever will work.

If the account was just created either your method of creating accounts is flawed or your docs suck.

Ok so it wasn't recently created. However the account is toast. You appealed, they didn't like it, you can't sell there again... Well at least not with your details.

Time to get a stealth account, or even better a few.

You think is good write Amazon from lawyer?

Usually it'll take a bit longer and you have to send them some emails after 90 days, but I always got my money from them without lawyer or court action.

Time to move on and go stealth. Stealth is even better than a real account cuz u can have many and sell more.

I would suggest you try the jeff@amazon.com approach before hiring an attorney. I have heard once an attorney gets involved it moves to Amazon's legal team which I don't think is what you really want to do. That is a last resort IF they don't return the money after 90 days.
