 Changed paypal number to google voice, Can't add bank
So I have a bank account and phone number on my paypal. I need to add a new bank account, so I changed the old phone number to a working google voice number.
When I add a bank account it fails after I put in all the info. Says it can't verify identity and says to call PayPal.
I just called paypal, and the person said to wait 48 hours? Also said the phone number must be registered to my name? I'm like, the number is ALREADY ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WTF.
Will this fix itself after waiting a while?
I have got the text message and confirmed the GV account with paypal.
