Withdrawing money to a bank account - best option?

Hi

I tried adding one of these mastercard based current accounts - called REVOLUT. Mobile based banking. It shows as " PREPAID TECHNOLOGIES "

It reads as a proper current account on PayPal but when I try and withdraw to it - it says " We're not able to complete this transaction at the moment. Please try again later."

Did you try to withdraw to it only once? Did it verify with deposits beforehand?
