 Shipping a mobile phone to Italy
Hi,
Maybe someone has experience in this, would be good to hear it while I figure out what to do.
I bought and need to return a smart phone to Amazon.it. I started a return and have printed the return labels. However upon trying to ship it out, the post office (UK) tell me that Italy don't allow mobile phones (because of the lithium batteries) in the postal system and they will destroy the package when they receive it!! Shouldn't Amazon know this before accepting a return for this product to this country?
Does anyone know anything about this? Any input welcome while I investigate next course of action!
