PayPal does not accept Vanilla Gift Card when ADD

Hello,
I created NEW PayPal acct, it work fine when I enter Vanilla Gift Card# information, but when I go to EBay acct to "Change automate payment method" from Automatic payment method. It goes to PayPal screen for "ADD" a "debt or credit card to complete your purchase". IT WON’T accept it. I have registered the zip code with stealth acct. Please advise. .

Same happened to me and I had to mail the packages from post office WITH Tracking until the 21 day hold was over and everything was cool.

Your wrong It's happened to some and happened to myself yesterday. I manually added mine in paypal, even set it up as the primary default and ******* paypal still digged into my bank acct!! #criminals

what do you mean digged into your bank account?

perhaps your paypal account not linked with your bank account

Call eBay they will help you to link your PayPal account to your eBay account, you get that kind of message when your PayPal is not verified eBay now they change their policy if they identify the account new or not verified you won’t be able to link it as automatic payment method but you have other options like your checking account or debit card
