I have set up my eBay and PayPal but I am having trouble getting a prepaid card to confirm my PP and get my Code. The prepaid MasterCard companies are asking to verify my ID and address. If I can get a shop bought gift will this work around the issue. I have tried to buy a vcc on the marketplace but don’t get any response.
