 stealth account question
on the tax interview questions...
you select business, llc, but then you have to put name for tax purposes....whats the workaround?
"The name on the " Name" line must be the name shown on the income tax return used to report the income. The name of the entity entered on the " Name" line should never be a disregarded entity. For single-member LLCs, enter the first and last or legal entity name of the owner.
If you are an Individual/sole proprietor, enter your first and last name as they appear on either your Social Security card or your income tax return."
so if using a stealth name, but you use the right EIN from llc...how would this work for taxes etc...wouldnt a stealth name basically get acc shut down?
so basically you have to put a persons name regardless if your a llc/biz etc...so lets say a fam member, but the ein is the llc, end of year amz sends tax info ..what happens?
