 Suspanded banned buyers account,can I open stealth buyer?
Hello I'm new here very helpfull forum,
I had my buyers account suspanded for opening to many cases,
now I lost the eBay buyers protection,I buy a lot of Chinese stuff
to sell here a lot of times they arrive damaged or not at all.
can I open a stealth account using different IP a slight variation on
name and address,and a different prepaid Visa.
Will I regain my buyers protaction?
if someone knows the answer please be kind to instruct me.
