Last time Amazon asked for invoices?

When’s the last time amazon asked you guys for invoices?

One of my ASINS has over 10 authenticity complaints from a competitor. I’m just trying to sell out.

So far amazon didn’t ask for invoices, first complaint is nov 28. It seems they set the bots on very low sensitivity.

A few months ago I get Invoice request 3 days after a single complaint.

Could be due to the holidays, could be they are very busy.

So far no problems, I just don’t understand why the bots didn’t hit yet.

Or is amazon now smart enough to identify competitor attacks now?

Maybe they see 10 complaints from the same account as 1

Just to clarify different buyer accounts attacking all from the same delivery address

Quit selling it and move to another product, and prepare invoices already with your account contact info
