PP dispute window is short compared to credit card disputes. I'm pretty sure if a buyer pays on their credit card (through PP or any other means anywhere) they have 180 days to file a chargeback *with* their card issuer. Then the issuer bounces that at PP.

Unless you know the card issuer, specifically (not just MC or Visa but WHICH MC or Visa), you won't know the exact terms. Some issuers have a restriction that the purchase must be made in person, signed for at the POS and within 100 miles of the buyer's home address. Unless you contest on those grounds, the issuer won't check it, they just shoot to kill. If you can find out and if the circumstances exist - you can challenge the chargeback.

Not very fun.
