Eventually you will get asked for documentation from paypal. I think it is unavoidable when you start doing bigger numbers.

Of course, this is in addition to them asking for photo id, proof of address, etc.
Don't be freak out when you log into your account and see it limited. Just be ready to reply and don't be afraid to call in if necessary (you mentioned the info is all legit, so it should be easy for you to provide the info).
