During the process of using a company to appeal a suspension awhile back, I was told by them that there is a thing, forget the name of the specific process, that allows you to proactively send Amazon some special document/form, providing them some extra details on you and your company (or at least that's what I understood it as, it seemed unclear), and that would make it virtually impossible for you to be suspended in the future for inauthentic complaints and etc issues.

Has anyone heard of this before? Sorry about the vague information, not sure if it was a sales tactic of the firm that was helping me, but they said they can file this on my behalf for an extra $1K or something, and it would avoid any future problems I maybe facing with the account.

Unfortunately no, unless you're the brand owner this won't work.

There's no such thing as safe with Amazon. Even if you don't do anything wrong and a malicious competitor decides to mess with you or when you get a stupid buyer complaining you'll be in hot water.

I own my own brand and I had one customer who complaint inauthentic and the product is as common as a pencil, it took me half a day to send in extra documents to get that asin back.

So if a firm is saying let me send in docs for you and you'll be immune forever they simply just lied. If such a thing exists, I'd have done it myself.

Even after verification, then will ask again in the future.
