Approval to list a book on Amazon

Amazon has applied listing limitation for some books and below is the message that appears if you try to add an inventory:

1. You are not approved to list this brand and we are currently not accepting applications.
2. New; Used: Like new conditions You are not approved to list this brand and we are currently not accepting applications.
3. Refurbished condition You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.

But, there and 20-30 sellers already selling those titles.
Can somebody help me in getting approval??

They're goobers. I have an account selling >$200,000 CAD annually and cant sell New, and like new for some books. I just sell as VG and make a note with their real conditions.

Those 20-30 sellers are more likely older accounts and grandfathered in. I've tried contacting for approval and they simply state the same "we are not currently accepting applications, blah blah"

There are around 10-12 sellers who are present in every listing and have approval to sell. Their account is quite old as well.

There must be something which we might be missing.

have you tried contacting Beautiful in getting the listing approval??

No i havent.

I don't want to bring unwanted attention or invoice requests to my account anyways
