I want to sell jewelry products on etsy. Which is the best IP address is the best alternative ip or Static IP address ?

I think it is better to have dedicated Fresh IP in your situation because it is been said there there are lots of abusers. Better to have fresh clean dedicated Static IP.
It could be VPN, vps or just a Static IP that IPs provide.
I am not an expert so better to listen more experienced ones.
