Hmmm? This is odd.

You mean to say they tell you your account doesn't exist at all in the system despite giving them the SAME details that are on the actual account?

Can you even login to this account? If so, have you tried getting a one-time passcode which you can obtain by clicking on the Contact US link at the bottom of the page?

I have never used stealth to try anf get funds after 180 days but i believe they are not trying to reinstate my account so that i cant get the funds in 180 days. I sent in legit documents so i hope my account opens with no problems

What I mean is: Can you login to your paypal account, and if so have you tried requesting a one-time passcode and using that to call in?

If you call in with the one-time passcode, I would think the reps would be able to locate/find you account with that.

Having them lift the limitation is a completely separate issue and doesn't have anything to do with not being able to pull up your account over the phone. Limitations are usually dealt with through their resolution center, and you can expect doc reviews to be slower than normal at this time of year.

A lot of this might be how the OP is calling in. If he's really not in the USA and trying to phone them via Skype, that's likely going to be a big red flag on the account. Also, if the reps think the person on the other end is NOT the actual account holder and/or evasive in their responses, then their policy would be NOT to be ANY information on the account at all.

If you arte using some kind of web service or Skype to call them the reps will see it as a huge red flag and think you are a scammer, or have reason to doubt you.

OP, are you actually in the USA? If not, please change the flag on your profile. The reason is so people can give you the appropriate advise.

Also keep in mind this is the busiest time of year for PayPal for the Christmas season.
Unless the matter is urgent, it might be better to wait until after the holidays to call in.
If you insist calling in now, you can expect very lengthy hold times.
