Competitor left a bad review....
and used specific words such as "⊗⊗⊗⊗" and "inauthentic" . Anyone have any idea how long till the bots pick it up and what I should expect?

I maybe wrong, but if you can prove it was a competitor i would just contact amazon. Be sure to have docs ready though just in case.

I already have docs ready from a pq review 2 months ago, in which they even called to verify.
Maybe that helps, i dont know. Its been 2 weeks and nothing yet. Does that mean i am clear? I suspect the bots get it right away. Anyone have experience?

well pq review is a nightmare to deal with, even having a website alongside invoices can still get denied.
2 weeks should be cleared but you typically receive the email from amazon letting you know the review is complete / you may now sell etc
