 Immediate account limitation after adding CVV
Hello
New thing started to happen this week. When I try to link a Virtual Visa Card to my PayPal I get an account limitation within few seconds. The requirement Card Statement and ID. Has anyone encountered this lately? Is this started to be standard procedure? Because I tested 3 cards on 3 different accounts in different countries and all had the same fate.
Notes:
1) I am very aware about PP creation process and I am in stealth for years.
2) Cards are NEW and never been used before.
3) I used this kind of VCC last month on couple of accounts and everything was perfect.
4) I tested on Accounts aged 9 months.
I believe this limitation is very easy to resolve
any ideas?
