That's a tough one to fix
From a legal standpoint no judge would require that, burden of proof is on the accuser. They are accusing you of foo foo items. They have to prove that it is. Btw I am almost certain years ago there was a case where a judge decided sellers are not obligated to provide PayPal (I'm sure this applies to all platforms) with invoices or supplier info due to protecting yourself from competition. I dont have the case law. But next time I have access to lexisnexis I'll pull it up.
I know what you mean, I agree with you. But I'm talking about a suspension for forged docs, if they have proof they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ by calling the distributor on it, then you'll have a hard time proving otherwise
