PayPal access temporary limited please read

Ok,

New eBay account/paypal/phone number/computer/bank/ip address/physical address/vcc. All Stealth.

I've made 5 sales in 3 days, selling video games i had laying around the house, I grossed $120. Items already shipped with one pending, I may just refund and not ship if i dont get this sorted.

Login today and this is what paypal said, bare in mind my listings was still active.....

Your account access is temporarily limited
We noticed that you provided incomplete identity information while setting up your account. To understand this better, we will require some information from you.

We've also limited certain features in your account. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you provide the information we've requested.
If you're unable to submit the required information by Jan 26, 2019 or if we notice additional changes in your account activity, your access will be further limited.

Question:

I am not good at photoshop, I found someone on fiverr that can do this for me for $30, but they want my ID, supposedly they are from the Philippines.

#1 if they do a good job, would i even fullfill what pp wants or will i need to provide additional info being the ID number will be changed as well, so i would not be in any database. And is this even legal. Not really even comfortable sending someone my id and hell im paranoid.

#2 How can i avoid this in the future.

#3 Should i just let it Die, i am kind of bummed that this happened. I had high hopes for this one. I have money tied up but really its not much at all.

Any success on creative work? Stories? Sources?

What were the docs they specifically require? ID, Billing and shipment info?

You will probably waste $30, chances are they won't accept your ID.
First time I see this type of limitation, this must be something new? Hopefully someone else has some insight.
I myself wasted like $250 trying to submit phake IDs, didn't work a single time, I'd say just move on to another acc.

I think you should slow it down next time.

Those 5 items should have taken 4 weeks to sell. By no means is that a rule but you can be sure you played safe.
