Account immediately shut down for asking status of appeal?
Well, early this month I had to appeal my account due to 7% ODR rate. Ended up having to send in 8 appeal letters and I haven't received a reply in a while after the 8th so I simply sent an email to support asking what was the status of my appeal. Few minutes latter, account is closed and receive an email saying I could not sell on amazon anymore. ???

You can try reaching out to seller-performance@amazon.com and using the contact page in the help section of your seller home page
If neither respond after a week, you can try jeff@amazon.com
If you don't have a resolution within 1-2 weeks, move onto another shop and take what you've learned from the last one that caused a 7% ODR rate and avoid it. Best of luck
