Overseas shipping help!! Paypal dispute!

Ok, so I have HAD it with overseas shipping. I sold an item for $180.00 and the buyer emailed me and asked if I would PLEASE ship overseas to the UK. Well, like an idiot I did and mailed it to the address she gave me. It got returned about 2 weeks later and she filed a dispute saying that she never got it. I am going to mail it again to the confirmed address as I talked to paypal and they said that is what I should do. Now, what shipping company should I use so that there will be tracking that says DELIVERED and they will release my funds. I know someone has had to have done this before so if you could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

You could use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I never ship any longer without having tracking.

I use the regular post office "Priority Mail Express" for all my international packages because it tracks ALL international destinations to the buyers doorstep.
