Default I have a business question

hi guys, a question.

I often read that you propose LLC.

Is there a reason in particular? the costs of opening and management?

I'll explain, I'm in Italy and the equivalent would be a srls. and I'm trying to figure out if you propose it for a particular reason. moreover, in case of opening VAT, Amazon manages to bring everything back to the real holder? I'm opening an agreement with a change of my last name.

thank you so much

Opening an LLC or Srls will give you legit documents, legit VAT numbers etc.

I believe that by doing this it creates a stronger account and if you have any problems with Amazon you will stand a better chance of success.

Alot of accountants offer a service where you can pay for directorship which will allow you to create an Amazon account under a new name.

Just speak to some accountants in your area and see if they offer directorship services.

I think that Amazon can not verify who registered a VAT number....only check if it is real...

Wrong ?

They are able to see directors and details behind the VAT number.

Not good.

but do you think I have the hopes of selling enough without inserting VAT? pro account but without company details. Customers who ask for an invoice can still satisfy them

Asking a lot of business counselling questions - Garry has given you guidance - you might need a financial professional for further guidance.

VAT is required if your products are located in countries that require VAT

If your products are stored/located outside of those countries then no VAT is required

That may be helpful to you

You can try doing so on the markets out of Europe such as amaz Usa ,Canadá and México, probably there they won't verify your vat number and either you are not obliged to insert it in the account .
The only hassle is that amazon will deduct the vat from your sales
