Default Suspended without notice

My stealth account got suspended on dec 23 but I did not receive any email or notification. I tried emailing them asking why I got suspended but still no reply and it’s been over a week now

Did anyone experience this kind of suspension before?
How do I appeal for a suspension when there’s no email telling me what was the reason for it?

There is no letters that is the problem

There should be an option to appeal in your notification

I would appeal it and request more information that way you can properly asses the suspension and provide resolution

When I click the appeal button it sends me directly to the notification page but all the notifications are from before

I've seen that glitch before, the only way to get out of it is to have a specific URL that you can copy/paste that takes you to the suspension/appeal.

Try reaching out to seller support through the seller home page, click help / contact us / something else and it will open a message dialogue box. Send them a message stating that there is a glitch on your account that is keeping you from being able to view the suspension details

Tried contacting them through the help page but no reply. Also tried to email seller performance but got no response either. Cant believe im getting this glitch and amazon cant even reply to my emails. Now im basically stuck with this suspension until one day amazon feels like replying to me

What you need is the URL associated with the appeal button, its a generic one that anyone can give you.

Try to find someone that is currently suspended and has the option to appeal but has not yet appealed. Ask them to copy/paste you the URL of the page after they click appeal (without typing an appeal). But importantly: Have them delete the information in the URL associated with the persons account and you'll be able to get to that page once you paste it in your browser, once logged in.

If you copy/paste their exact unedited URL you may be linked, so definitely avoid that. This is your solution but I don't recommend anyone to do it without experience.

That's the link..you have to replace the x's with the notification ID..which you can get by right clicking and copying the link from the suspension notification..if there is any notification.

if there is not one..then you're kind of out of luck. Email seller performance.

Yup that is correct, you can try removing all of that as well and just trying the generic link without the X's. I believe I replaced the X's with the notification on the account though

any new info about your suspension?

I have exactly the same problem with suspension without email or performance notification.
So i would like to know any other tips what should i try because i tried what Beatiful said but it didnt work for me.

Amazon doesn't always notify you when they restrict your account or suspend it. I had it happen to me and I had to contact them, not the other way around.

Which email you contacted them on?

I already tried like 8 different Amazon addresses for the past 4 months.
No respond at all

Yes i tried to call them.
The lady told me that its weird because she could not find any suspension letter or notification too.
Then she told me that performance team will contact me.
Its been a 4 months and they did not.

About the Jeff, yes i wrote a several letters to his address.
Letter were made by an attorney and actually i had first respond few days ago.

By reading the letter i assume the suspension is because of authenticity complains which i had 4.
But they dissapeared due to 3 months period.

I was happy that i recieve at least one letter from them but i cant wait another 4 months for the second aswer from them.

Anyways here is a copy of the letter. :

I did not get the problem fixed. I have tried messaging seller support many times and jeff but still no reply. It seems like the accounts are banned without a appeal. What kind of complaint did you get before getting suspended?

I had 4 authenticity product complaints which i did not do anything about it.

The letter i posted from the Amazon has link in it which transfers you to the page where you can learn about the copyrights,patents,trademarks etc.

So thats why i think its because of the authenticity complaints.

But still, i waited 4 months and Sent about 10 letters.

I don't want to wait another 4 months to get another answer.

THe address where i got the message from is: notice-request-dispute@amazon.com so it also telling me its probably because of authenticity
