did you use your daughters account on your computer or on same ip, address details, as your suspended account? If so you may get linked, it will all become apparent if this has happened..
Do not jeopardize her account further, leave it now and clear the decks to make some more of your own after checking all forum guidelines, but first you may wish to see if you can clear up your suspended account with ebay, but dont waste too long on it move on, if it gets reinstated, keep it seperate from new accounts on different PC user screen and IP
