PayPal receiving limits by country

Correct me if I am wrong,

From what I have gathered going through different threads in this forum, PP will put your account on hold and request for photo/ID and other documents to lift limits if,

1. You are in the US and are projected to receive $20,000 AND complete 200 transactions ($600 for VT and MA) in a calendar year

2. You are in Europe and are projected to receive 2500 euros(account limit starts at 1800 euro threshold) in a calendar year.

What about other countries? Do other countries also have similar restrictions?

I have a Phillipines PP account and direct withdrawals are possible to my local bank account (SriLankan) through my cc.
Will PP put restrictions on my accounts if I receive too much money?
(Note: My PP account info shows that all my sending and withdrawing limits are removed)

Do I have to find it out the hard way?
Any input is highly appreciated.

yes i have also stealth account of Philippines they will ask for id proof and address proof you can do photoshop and get approve i also do that i have got more then 3k then they put a notification to update
