Default Busted by Ebay already??

Hello, I was suspended about a week ago. I did my research and decided to go on with 2 stealth accounts. I've had my account for four days and listed a total of 8 items in each of the accounts. Today two of my items in one of my accounts have been put down with this: MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item (317876352). They say I have a limited selling history and have limited my ability to post new items for 7 days. Should I begin the process of getting a new account or am I still in safe ground? Thanks for any input !

It sounds like you listed Vero items on a new account. You should build up your feedback before your list items like that.

I'm selling Vero items. However, only two of the items listed were taken down. Is it just a matter of time before they all get taken down?

You need to stop selling vero for a while. Your account will be suspended if you don't.

So should I end the remaining items on this account or just let them sell? What about my other account that has pretty much the same items in the same quantities? it's intact... Thanks for everyone's input!

I would let the items that are still up and run their course. If you take them down it almost seems like you are admitting guilt.
In the meantime I would work on setting up a new account or two and keep that one low-profile. When your probation period on the other account is up, go back and start off easy while the newly createrd account sits and ages.
In the event that the original account that got the 7-day hold goes down for good, you'll have a ready-made backup. But, by all means, don't start selling the same items right away on that account too
