Relatively new paypal that i have and I want to withdraw 2 payments.

The first one is pending 48 hr review from yesterday. My question is, is it safe to make another withdrawal today? I think they both will be pending 48 hrs?

Yes, you can certainly make additional withdrawal requests, but it's NOT recommended.

Let the first request complete before making another one.

If you push things, expect your account to be limited sooner or later.

Agree on letting the first request complete - don't push it as paypal does have security flags that could be tripped up if it looks like you are trying to take all the cash from the pp acct quickly and run...
