add funds. Use CC or buy from some1?

Hello all. My paypal has been limit because have negative balance. Its said if i want to release it, i need to add funds. So, should i transfer funds from other paypal account or should use CC to add funds?

for me, i prefer to transfer funds from other paypal account. But if i transfer funds from other paypal account i afraid paypal will hold it 21 days even i declare it as gift or life expense.

So, can anyone give some opinion? or anyone already have this experience and want to share?

Don't transfer funds from another Paypal account as you risk linking these accounts.

You best bet is to get a virtual credit / debit card and pay the balance off that way.

hmm... i transfer funds from people who are selling their funds to me. so, thats not any problem i think...

Yes there may be. These days paypal is checking off ebay transactions more and more. You can have it marked what you like and if paypal wants to, the monies will be held.
