Default VPN Detected on Paypal

Hello everyone,

I have some problems with my new Paypal (It's registered in Germany)

I had no transactions on this paypal, added my card, they asked for documents, I provided everything and they approved it, but the issue is with my IP.

They detect everytime that I'm using Proxy
I've tried 3 different VPN providers and they still detect that

Email

Is there any solutions for that?

Appreciate any help

Use IPBurger or 24vc instead. Looks like you're using abused IP's.

That's gonna be my last try with another IP provider. But I really don't believe that's could be the problem tbh. I've tried some of the best VPN providers, tested them and they show better results than my current active VPN's

Would great to find someone who had similar problem and solved it.

But thanks anyways

I'm sorry but there's really no other answer. You're being shut down because they're detecting your VPN. Your VPN is being detected because the IP it's using has been used on Paypal before.

Unless you're sharing passwords between your accounts (the other possible explanation Paypal gives you) they tell you right there in the email why you accounts are being limited.

Have you gone to whoer.net on your VPN to see what they have to say about your VPN? What's it showing for hostname? Is it passing blacklist check?

Are you changing your DNS settings to match the country you're trying to use a VPN on?

Last one had a matching DNS
Whoer shows perfect results, without issues which would show my IP

Also I tried different providers, no one helped.
When I just decided to try different provider there ware some stupid quality prodcuts that I haven't used, but few last IP's ware really good ones, that's why I'm confused

I'm just afraid to keep trying different companies, because they just can say **** him and we'll suspend that account.

And no, I haven't shared my password with anyone. I just created a really random password, and no one could of hacked it, it's brand new

Actually I think you should try to use residental IPs and not VPNs because they know its coming from a datacenter.

What about DNS servers?
These Vpn services generally use same dns server which may blacklisted by PP. I dont think being IP and the DNS server in the same country is very important. Most people use Google DNS server. For example british people (in UK) who use google DNS their Server in Belgium not in UK. That is OK for PP. I guess even tough your IP is clean and fresh your DNS server may be Black listed. Because all the free users and abusers use the same DNS server of yours.
That is my guess..

I had the same problem when I created German PAYPAL. I used another IP server provider. I went to a coffee shop (shop wifi) to create a new German PP , failed again.

I have created around 10 new PAYPAL accounts, all been asked to upload bank statement. So I PSed the bank statements, about 3 passed and others were asked more to upload ID, address etc. Really annoying!

Once PAYPAL accounts created, PAYPAL asked you to upload bank statement immediately even there was no bank account or credit card attached.

But while I created Dutch Paypal accounts (added the bank account during creating process) by using the same IP provider, all accounts work fine.

So I guess were not the IP problems, German PAYPAL sucks!

BTW, does anyone know which German bank can have multi-accounts?

Oh no! Don't use public or cheap VPN services... they will only get you in trouble... remember many people use those services and abuse their IP's... Paypal keeps a list of this numbers and "black lists" them...

My best advice is to use a Fresh and Dedicated IP and never log into your account without your VPN... I'm using IPBurger without an issue
