 How much can I send to another account ?
I have a full verified PayPal account. I want to send a full refund to a buyer but I don't have enough money in my account balance. The rest of the money is in my bank account. I want to refund it using my debit card, but PayPal won't allow me to do that. Which makes no sense? The only other way I can do it is if I send the money from my account to other PayPal account. But I’m worried if it would get put on hold on the other new account that I’ll open. Does anybody know if it would be ok to open another account which is not verified and then send the money to this new account and then send it back to my account which is verified? The amount is around £450.
