I bought a pre-paid visa debit card at walmart and when I opened it to use it and register it on the website it's asking me for an address and my SSN....did I get the wrong card? If I put my SSN and my real address will etsy be able to see that information? Or do I need to buy a new card and if so I need someone to tell me what cards you're buying in the US, because in walmart they didn't have that many to choose from. Are gift cards allowed to be used to pay fees? and if so which ones do you think would work best to use on a mexico shop that's based in the us?

I believe those walmart cards are actually from Meta bank which has been known to be problematic.

have you tried going to walgreens and get a vanilla card instead?

It's still recommended by the ebay stealth guide.

Dang, I didn't know that. I can try Walgreens. I heard that someone was having trouble with vanilla cards to pay their fees and someone else suggested that they might be blocked now. I wish Entropay was still accepting new customers, I don't really trust any other VCC websites so that's why I decided to use a pre paid card.
