Im creating a stealth account, I'm at the step of getting a new IP address, what would be the easiest, Im connected to my apartment complex's wifi using my MAC.

Don't use the complex wifi as there could be many other ppl using that.

Get your own IP source such as cellphone tethering or dongle (examples)

What dongle would you recommend, I see a lot of different options
